Nothing in the Service constitutes, or is a substitute for, professional advice of any kind — including medical, psychological, psychiatric, speech-language pathology, educational, legal, financial, or career advice. If you have or suspect a speech, language, hearing, or communication disorder, or any other health concern, consult a qualified professional such as a licensed speech-language pathologist or physician. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received in the Service.
AI-generated content
Workout prompts, coaching feedback, scores, rewrites, and comparisons in the Service are generated by artificial-intelligence systems. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or otherwise flawed, and may not reflect the views of the operator of the Service.
Scores and feedback are informal practice signals, not validated assessments or measurements of ability. Use your own judgment before relying on or acting upon any AI-generated content.
No guarantee of results
We make no promises about outcomes. Improvement in speaking, writing, thinking, or any professional or personal result depends on many factors outside our control, and individual results vary. Any examples of improvement shown in the Service or its marketing are illustrative only.
Your content and conduct
You are responsible for the content you submit to the Service. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, or harmful, and do not attempt to manipulate, probe, or misuse the AI systems. Submissions are automatically screened and may be rejected.
Do not submit confidential information or other people's personal information. Practice submissions are processed by third-party AI providers to generate feedback (see the Privacy Policy).
Abuse and account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and any subscription attached to it — including the ability to sign in — if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have abused the Service. Abuse includes, without limitation: violating the conduct rules above; attempting to manipulate, probe, or extract the AI systems; circumventing free allowances, rate limits, or other technical restrictions; using the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others; interfering with the operation or security of the Service; or any other use that violates this document or applicable law.
A suspension may be temporary or permanent. Unless required by applicable law, fees already paid for a suspended or terminated account are not refunded. If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact tech@entropicharmony.com.
Accounts, free allowances, and subscriptions
You may use parts of the Service without an account, subject to daily free allowances tied to your device. We may change free allowances, features, workouts, and pricing at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed through third-party payment processors (Paddle on the web, or the Apple App Store / Google Play on mobile). Web purchases are made from Paddle, which acts as merchant of record — the reseller legally selling you the subscription. The processor's own terms apply to payment, renewal, and cancellation mechanics. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice, and we do not guarantee that the Service, or any content or data within it, will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for your purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages; and (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or fifty (50) US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Age requirements
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (such as AI model providers, authentication, hosting, and payment processors) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

We may update this Disclaimer & Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes may additionally be announced in the app. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
